    2 Students$500 tuition+$100 registration if unpaid
    3 Students$700 tuition+$150 registration if unpaid
    4 Students$900 tuition+$200 registration if unpaid
    Registration Fee — $50 USD per student

    Charged once only. If it has already been paid, it is not charged again. If it is still unpaid, the form adds it to the payment being made that day.
